1. Service provided as-is
Rex Leo Swap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange that converts supported coins into Monero (XMR). The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. No refunds on confirmed transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once your deposit is confirmed on the network and the corresponding XMR has been sent, the swap is final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled. Please double-check every detail before sending funds.
3. You are responsible for your address
You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid Monero receiving address. XMR sent to an address you supplied is unrecoverable if that address is wrong, invalid, or not under your control. We cannot reverse or recover such transactions.
4. Network delays and price fluctuations
We are not liable for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, third-party infrastructure, or confirmation times outside our control. Exchange rates are quoted at order creation and may differ from market rates by the time your deposit confirms. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and may fluctuate during the swap.
5. Coin flip (provably fair gambling)
The optional coin flip is a game of chance offered after your swap is confirmed. It is entirely optional — you may always skip it and receive your standard XMR payout. If you choose to play, you risk your payout: a win pays a multiple of your amount, a loss pays nothing. Outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm and can be independently verified. Only participate where lawful, and never wager more than you can afford to lose.
6. Compliance and eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service is legal in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose. By using Rex Leo Swap you confirm you are permitted to do so under applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rex Leo Swap and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost funds, missed transactions, or price changes.
